Built by an auditor, not bolted on afterwards
CyberSigma spends its days assessing other people’s controls, so the meeting room we ship had to survive the same scrutiny. Media is end-to-end encrypted, entry is gated by the host, and the room degrades safely rather than silently dropping to an unprotected path.

Recording Someone Is a Processing Decision
Under the DPDP Act 2023, capturing a person’s voice, face or words is processing their personal data — and you have to be able to show what they agreed to. SigmaMeet treats consent as a first-class record rather than a checkbox: recording and transcription each carry their own consent, withdrawal is self-service, and the ledger is there when someone asks what you hold on them.

Participants join encrypted rooms and each person reads live captions — and can hear translated voice — in the language they choose, while the meeting's chat, files, tasks, notes, decisions and transcript stay together in one searchable workspace.
English, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, French and German, for both live captions and translated voice. You pick the language you want to read and hear in; other participants keep their own selection.
Captions give you the spoken words as text in your chosen language. Translated voice goes further and plays participants to you in your own language over the call audio, so you can follow the discussion without reading. Both run at the same time as the meeting, and both can be switched on or off per participant.
Yes. Media is end-to-end encrypted — frames are encrypted on the sending device — and the client rejects encrypted packets when end-to-end encryption has not been negotiated. If the media server is unreachable, the room falls back to a direct peer connection rather than an unprotected path.
