Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 July 2026 · These terms apply to cybersigmacs.com, operated by CyberSigma Consulting Services LLP (“CyberSigma”, “we”, “us”).

1. Use of this website

This website provides information about CyberSigma’s cybersecurity and compliance services, products, and free educational tools. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or test it without authorisation, or misuse any form, tool or API it exposes. Authorised security research is welcome through our responsible-disclosure process.

2. Informational content — not professional advice

Content on this site — including guides, checklists, calculators, self-assessments and blog articles — is general information, not legal, audit or certification advice. Results from free tools are indicative only; a formal engagement with a qualified assessor is required before relying on any readiness or scoping outcome.

3. Certification and assessment roles

ISO management-system certificates are issued by accredited independent certification bodies; CyberSigma provides implementation, internal audit, readiness assessment and certification coordination. PCI DSS compliance is validated through QSA-led assessment producing a Report on Compliance and Attestation of Compliance. Nothing on this site constitutes issuance of a certificate by CyberSigma except certificates and attestations we are authorised to issue, which can be verified at certificate validation.

4. Intellectual property

The CyberSigma name, logos, product names (SigmaTrust, SigmaReview, SigmaShield, SigmaVeriFire, SigmaAcademy, SigmaCRM) and all site content are the property of CyberSigma or its licensors. You may download and use free resources for your organisation’s internal purposes; you may not resell or republish them.

5. Forms and communications

When you submit a form, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements — including NDA and, where applicable, a Data Processing Addendum — not by these website terms.

6. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites (including official registries such as PCI SSC and CERT-In) are provided for verification and convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSigma is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content or from interruption of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Questions: info@cybersigmacs.com. Governing law: India; courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
